30 for 30: Outfit Number Twenty One- Polka Party

How can you not help but smile when wearing polka dots.  Seeing a light at the end of my 30 for 30 tunnel but I must admit I am losing my mixing mojo a bit and feel I am in a small rut.  Thank goodness I have all of you for inspiration.

    Carla! The polka dot blouse looks GORGEOUS on you. I was coveting it but it sold out much too quickly. Now I will live vicariously through you!
