What I Want Wednesday- Neck Tie Blouses

Neck tie blouses are everywhere this year and gone are the looks that were conservative and stuffy.  Wear your neck tie top with a pencil skirt or slacks to work for a classic look and then to take it up a notch and pair your top with leather shorts or a cute miniskirt outside of the office. What is your favorite way to style a neck tie blouse?

    I love this type of blouse.....problem is, I can NEVER find any good ones!!! LOVE the second pic, the black one:)

    I love these types of shirts. I had one but I gave it away it showed how fat I really am. Hahaha I need to find one with a better cut
